Help Needed Aside from Tacloban Too! Please Help!

Right now, it's not the death toll that serves as a decision making benchmark in directing relief operations. It should be the density of affected families concentrated in a given area hit by Haiyan. The dead are already dead, but those who are living are trying to survive for 5 days and counting without food and little water.

With most relief efforts so concentrated on Northern Cebu, Leyte and Samar, we have to take into account that millions in Panay Island (all of Capiz, Northern Iloilo, most of central Aklan, and most of central and Northern Antique) are left without food for how many days already.

Cebu, Bohol, and Mindanao are up to speed taking care of Eastern Visayas while NCR should focus taking care of Western Visayas. Based on the data, the magnitude of damage in Panay could even well exceed the extent of damage in Eastern Visayas.
